Unsung Hero Award Application 2017
Established by Mr. and Mrs. C. Lindy Hoffmann, Music’s Unsung Hero award is presented annually to an individual for their involvement in promoting music as a culturally elevating experience. The award is administered through the Thibodaux Chamber of Commerce.
Nominations will be accepted from now through November 30, 2017 for the Unsung Hero Award. The award will be presented at our annual banquet on January 18, 2018.
