The 32nd Annual Thibodeauxville Fall Festival will be held Saturday, November 9, 2024, in beautiful, Historic Downtown Thibodaux, Louisiana from 8:30 am – 5 pm.  

Craft Vendor Application – Our focus is on handcrafted items, original items, art, books, antiques and collectibles.  It is preferred that mass produced items be modified by the vendor as part of your creative work.  Please list all items being sold on your application.

Downtown Business Application -- As you know, the festival is held in beautiful, Historic Downtown Thibodaux from 8:30 am – 5 pm.  Just like in years past we are offering for you to purchase the booth space outside your business door at a discounted price.  If your business is outside of the festival area, we will do our best to accommodate your location preference.

Food Vendor Application – Be the first to sign up to showcase your best three (3) food dishes.  Our committee works hard to make sure there are NO duplications of any of the main food items.  You may include a side item such as French fries or tator tots along with your 3 main dishes.  Only items that are approved on your application will be accepted. The Thibodeauxville committee will inspect each food booth to ensure compliance.  A fire extinguisher is required for all food vendors.

Additional information along with booth number and set-up times will be distributed closer to the festival.

For your convenience, you may submit your completed application via email to info@thibodauxchamber.com or mail it to the address listed below.  With regards to payment, you can either mail a check or pay with a credit card.  If you choose the credit card option, simply fill out the bottom section of the application with your credit card information and we will handle it for you.  You can also call the office at 985-446-1187 to give your credit card information over the phone.  All checks should be made payable to Thibodaux Chamber of Commerce and mailed to the address below.
